This was our first time trying Darna. My friends and I went for an early dinner around 4:45. At that time, we were quickly seated and it was rather empty but by the time we left at 7 there were no open tables so it filled up quickly. The waitress we had was nice. She said it was her first day but I felt like she checked in enough but not too much. We tried the sampler since it was our first time there and it was delicious. We all got the chicken kebab plate. I really enjoyed it and all of it! The chicken, the grilled veggies, the salad, and the rice were all great. We also ordered mojito mocktails. My friends enjoyed the strawberry one and I enjoyed the pomegranate one. After my first visit here, I don't have any bad things to say about this spot and will definitely be back.

Can I give this more than 5 stars?!?! They have outdoor/indoor seating. Inside is cute, floral vines on the wall. During the day, it's bright and in the evening it's dimmer... no matter the time of day, the music is a uptempo blend of melodic beats that you can sip and bob your head to. The service is good, though, we did wait for the bill longer than we cared to... and this would matter more if the food and drink missed the mark. I had the pleasure of enjoying their hummus and pita bread. The hummus is nicely flavored and the pita is so soft and pillowy, perfect for pulling apart and lapping up the smooth, tasty, hummus! I'm a fan of spicy margaritas and this one Did.Not.Disappoint! I always get a little nervous about how sweet a drink might be, but this one was perfect! The blend of sweet, savory, spicy with a little bit of fizzy makes this a liquid delight! I don't get excited about alcohol, but this drink here is my favorite! Yep, I said it! Now to find a place that can top that! On to the entree-- Saffron Chicken Kebob. It comes with basmati rice, grilled vegetables, pickled veggies, tahini, harissa, cilantro sauce and muhammara pita bread. Everything is delicious, but the harissa is a connector!! It's mild and yet flavorful-- crazy how the flavors all explode in my mouth and all I could think of was how juicy, delicious, and dramatic this dish is! It literally commanded my taste buds to attention, so much so that I told my friend that we HAVE to go back! So yeah, we went Monday and here we are Friday... guess where I just left?!? You guessed correct Darna! This place can create a dangerous obsession! You've been warned... but take that warning with a grain of salt as THIS place is a 10/10 - HIGHLY recommend!

The atmosphere was more upscale and adult-centered. Despite that, management was very welcoming to our young children, which we appreciated. Service was good, and the food came out in a timely manner. The food itself was delicious, especially the saffron chicken kebab. Overall, it's a great spot for some delicious Mediterranean food.

Love love loooove! My coworkers and I decided to go to lunch and I suggested this place because I wanted to order multiple things to try and I'm so happy we went! Everything was delicious and spiced to perfection. The cauliflower was super good I think it was my favorite dish we ordered. The mezza sampler is also great if you go with a group of people, easy to converse over and just enjoy delicious food. We sat outside since the weather was a bit cooler than usual but soon it got really sunny and hot, but the staff was so great and opened up the umbrellas to make sure we were comfortable! Our waitress was also excellent at checking up on us or clearing extra things on the table so we had room to move around. It's a bit pricey but totally worth it and definitely a great place to go with friends or family for a meal!

So delicious!!! I have been craving seafood paella and it delivered everything I wanted. Love that they have mocktails as well. That was delicious (blackberry mojito). Looking forward to trying a lot of items in menu in future visits

Tried this place for the first time last night and it was wonderful. We were greeted by Roya, who was friendly and kind and told us to pick where we wanted to sit in the restaurant. We chose a cosey booth in the back by the flower wall. First impression is that the staff is friendly as everyone we passed on the way to our table greeted us. The restaurant is also a lovely space. Our server Mohammad was excellent. He recommended the Mezza Sampler platter to start that included hummus, baba ghanoush, muhammara, spicy feta spread, olives, pickled vegetables, harissa aioli and pita bread. It did not disappoint. Everything on the platter was absolutely delicious! The pita bread was freshly made, warm, and still puffed! So tasty! We noticed all the tables around us also had started with the Mezza Sampler. So, it is very popular and so worth it! It was difficult to decide on entrees. I wanted to try everything on the menu! My husband settled on the Mediterranean salad with chicken and I had the lamb burger. Both were excellent. We finished our meals with iced pistachio lattes. The barista was able to accommodate our special instructions without any issue, and the lattes were so good! While we waited for our coffees, we perused the dessert menu, and although we were too full to try any sweets, we definitely plan to save room next time we visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We look forward to dining with you again very soon!

So yummy! We were in the area and snagged a lunch reservation, and we're glad we did. The food, 10/10, the decor/ ambiance, a vibe. I took off one star because our waiter was extremely slow. We were seated before two tables ( right in the middle of them) and didn't receive water nor asked what we'd like to order until after them. Other than that, this place was 10s all across the board. The manager was pleasant (I think there were two while we dined here). I highly recommend grabbing a table here for date night, Sunday lunch with the family, or anything in between--you'll be glad you did!

Great spot for a fun night out! Pros: + Gorgeous Interior - love the flower backdrop + The lamb hummus is sinfully scrumptious + Great Drinks - get the Lavender Martini + Friendly staff - our server Judy was amazing! She went above and beyond to take care of us. Cons: - Be careful where you get seated. They have open windows towards the front that can create a chilly blast. IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC

Hubs and I came here to enjoy a healthier option for dinner. The restaurant is located in an outside mall. There is indoor and outdoor seating. We chose outdoor. There was only a small bistro sized table available. It was fine, other than there was no where for me to hang my bag. We really enjoyed our hummus those round fried potatoes and the turmeric cauliflower tower. The saffron chicken kabob was not the greatest. The rice was dry and so was the chicken. We also ordered Turkish coffee after dinner that came with a tasty mini gelatin dessert. Our server was ok, but hard to find sometimes. Like when we needed a refill of water or silverware. We ended up having to ask the hosts, for those things, because our server wasn't readily available.
